Morgan is a Major in the United States Air Force, where she currently serves as the Artificial Intelligence Development Chief at the DAF MIT AI Accelerator in Cambridge, MA. Morgan has also served in the Space and Missiles career field, and has over 200 hours in the T-6A and T-38 Talon. She is a two-time competitor in the all-women’s Air Race Classic, where she finished 4th out of over 40 different teams, and has over 140 hours in the Cessna, Pitts Special Taildragger, and DA-20.
Morgan graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Astrophysics and earned two Masters degrees in Materials Science Engineering from Oregon State University and in Airpower Strategy and Technology Integration from the CSAT Blue Horizons Fellowship. In her free time, Morgan loves baking, hiking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Sara Bauermeister is a dedicated aviation professional and certified flight instructor based in Colorado. With a strong commitment to student success, she has been teaching private, instrument, and commercial courses at Aims Community College. Sara holds multiple FAA certifications, including Multi Engine Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Emergency Management at CSU Global.
Sara’s dedication to aviation extends beyond the flight deck. She actively participates in outreach initiatives such as Women In Aviation, Latino Pilots Association, and the Aims Mobile Aviation lab. She has received numerous scholarships for her achievements and is committed to inspiring the next generation of pilots. Outside of aviation Sara loves reading, exploring, running, and spending time with her family.
Farren is a veteran and former United States Air Force Senior Combat Systems Officer, with experience on the HC-130P, HC-130J, T-1A and WC-130J. She has served 2 tours overseas, flying combat and combat support missions. Additionally, she has flown into 10 named hurricanes as a member of the “hurricane hunters” squadron out of Biloxi, MS.
Farren graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, Greg, and dog, Sophie, in their camper van. She also loves gardening, reading and working out.
Nancy Hultgren is an Airbus 320 pilot for Delta Air Lines and is based in Denver, CO. She has a civilian flying background and has worked as a flight instructor, contract pilot, intern simulator instructor, and regional airline pilot. Nancy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Airway Science and a minor in Business. She is a participant and volunteer at Women in Aviation International events and conferences. In her free time, Nancy enjoys traveling, running, reading, and exploring her home state of Colorado.
Liz Greene is a veteran and former United States Air Force Senior Pilot, with experience flying the KC-10A, C-21A, T-1A and T-6A, as well as various general aviation aircraft and served four tours overseas flying combat missions in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. Additionally, Liz is a pilot for Hawaiian Airlines and holds the following FAA certificates and ratings:
Liz earned a Masters degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University and graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science. In her free time, Liz enjoys taking hula lessons, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
Kristen is a Major in the United States Air Force Reserve, where she serves as a C-17A pilot at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. She has experience instructing in the T-1A, as well as flying the T-6A and various general aviation aircraft and served overseas flying combat missions in Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq. Additionally, Kristen is an Airbus 221 pilot for Delta Air Lines and holds the following FAA certificates and ratings:
Kristen earned a Masters degree with honors in Sports Studies from United States Sports Academy and graduated from William Woods University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is actively involved in her community as a member of Women in Aviation International. In her free time, Kristen enjoys hiking, working out and doing anything outside in the Pacific Northwest.
